Delivery info

Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process international orders.
We will send you a tracking number once your package has shipped.

Shipping Fee

Your order will be shipped from Tokyo, Japan via Japan Post EMS, DHL, or FEDEX.
We do not use regular Air Mail.
We also do not under-declare the value of any goods.
Shipping and handling fees will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the items and the shipping address.

East Asia: Orders over 40,000 JPY
South East Asia: Orders over 40,000 JPY
EU: Orders over 50,000 JPY
USA: Orders over 50,000 JPY

All amounts above are tax-inclusive.
Customs duties and import fees may be charged separately depending on the destination country.

Payment

We accept VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS payment.
Products shipped outside Japan may be assessed locally with separate customs charges, value-added taxes, or other assessments depending on the destination country or region.

Returns & Exchanges

Please check items as soon as you receive them. Depending on the internet environment you are using, the colors and textures on the screen are may differ from the actual.
Returns for online orders must take place within 7 days from the original shipment date in order to receive a credit back in the original form of payment.
We cannot accept returns in the following cases.
* Past 7 days after the items arrived.
* Sale items.
* Order items.
* Have been used even once.
* Items damaged or soiled by the customer.
* Products that have been processed, repaired, or cleaned.
* Tags have been detached or accessories have been lost.
Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order. In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and cannot be refunded.
For change of mind returns or exchanges, the shipping charge will be at the customers expenses.
